I showed up for my massage 30 minutes in advance way before the appointment time the manager herself scans my gift card and says I'm all good and takes me back to the waiting room and I wait for another 25 minutes and then the manager comes back out and tells me that I did not fill out my medical forms even though I had been there before and I was in the system just under a different phone number and she pulled it up she made me refill out all of the paperwork which took another 15 minutes so by then when the massage therapi... read more
