Disappointing visit. We will start with the massive amount of forms that I filled out prior to my appt. I get it standard procedures. But after completing forms the day before I was a tad bit annoyed to find more forms not as many but duplicates of some of the same that I filled out the night before. Im not much on reviews, but I have to say, this place is awesome ! I was in a bad car accident, & suffered from whiplash and a torn rotator cuff. My lawyer sent me to three physical therapy places, and none of them could help me. Over the course of years of constant pain, I started experiencing extreme neck stiffness, and headaches. Sooo my mom gave me a gift card for Christmas- was so looking forward to this- I did not have a relaxing pleasant message. The therapist acted like she did not want to be there. Older lady can’t think of her name. Was not good- no pressure . At check out I was pressured to buy another gift card. She wouldn’t take no for an answer, so I just recently went back in hopes that I’d have a better experience, NOPE!!! Message was anything but, I honestly felt like a 8 year old was rubbing me.
