Sooo my mom gave me a gift card for Christmas- was so looking forward to this- I did not have a relaxing pleasant message. The therapist acted like she did not want to be there. Older lady can’t think of her name. Was not good- no pressure . At check out I was pressured to buy another gift card. Unfortunately I can’t speak to the quality of services provided here, because my prenatal massage appointment was canceled 2 weekends in a row. The first time was canceled an hour and a half before my appointment, and today they canceled 25 minutes prior to my appointment. Both times I was told that the technician ended up in the emergency room the night before. On 13 June, my experience was unprofessional. Beginning at the desk, the rep, Akira was rude and wrong. She began by asking me how I was going to pay for my services. When I told her that I had several pre-paid certificates, her response was, "oh, ok. You can go on back then!" Wait, what!!??!! Who does that? I was taught that when it is revealed that YOU have made a mistake, your next step is to APOLOGIZE! Not act like it didn't happen!
