Inaccurate pricing and info for clients. I booked over the phone where I mentioned to the associate the $70 massage deal I saw online. She confirmed for me and my fiance it would be $140 for the intro plus $17.50 for my additional hot stone. Massage with Felicia was great however the service counter girl said our massages would be $85 not honoring the price originally said through the phone.
