I got into a car accident and called 2 hours before my 1130 appointment to cancel my appointment. Yes, their company policy states that you must give 6 hours notice...good for them...they had every right to keep my money that they did NOTHING for. In addition, this would have been my 4th massage with their company. If I could put all 3 previous together into one I would say I have had a great experience.
