I was out coming in from out of town and have a membership at home. My friend and I scheduled 3 services over the course of 2 days. 2 of the 3 services were cancelled due to “emergencies” with the provider. I understand these things happen but seriously 2 out of 3 services. The first one they cancelled the massage and gave us a facial close to the same time instead.
