Received a gift card for Xmas. Went to make an appointment and saw they had a buy one get one free promo so asked to purchase that with my Xmas gift. I was told they couldn’t do that. I spoke with the manager at OFallon and she said she would call home office and see if there was a way to return the gift card so I could buy the promo. She said she would call me back. I had a great experience at Luxe today! This was my very first massage. I was scheduled with a very sweet and kind lady named Nicole. I will plan to only request her for my future appointments. I have had a multitude of issues all the way from my feet, to my back and neck. She was able to easily detect the trauma I had taken to my right foot w/out me saying a word.
