The manager of this location is so rude and very demeaning of front desk employees. After calling to notify I was going to be 10-15 minutes late in which they said just try to get there as soon as you can. The front desk was very gracious and said they would have to reschedule when I arrived however after they received a phone call and I heard the very rude conversation… was told they had to charge me. Feel bad for the employees.
My facial with Lyla was just what I needed. She did an amazing job!!! It was very relaxing, and I greatly enjoyed the massage techniques and the calm and peaceful atmosphere. It felt like a beach vacation for my “overworked” face. Thank you, Lyla!
