I showed up early for a 9am facial and was properly greeted. I will give this place 1 star. Me and my husband called yesterday to confirm and verify our appointments. The lady on the phone told us 2pm then my husband followed after me. So I show up at 2 my appointment was actually @1. I took his spot. Which was fine. I paid after my massage and waited to hear from the manager since it was there fault the told us 2pm. Upon checking out after our appointment one of the girls working the front desk said we were “eligible for a new special with no strings attached” in which we each put $20 to our account ($40 total) and will each get a 1hr massage booked any time we choose.
