I showed up early for a 9am facial and was properly greeted. The esthetician did not arrive till after 9 (9:04 to be exact) when I was asking the receptionist what the status of my appointment was Shala then came out to the reception area and started being outrageously aggressive. She never apologized for being late and repeatedly said during our brief conversation that I was yelling at her and threatening her. Kaye did an amazing job. She made sure everything was to my liking. The facility was nice, cozy and clean.
Had a facial and scalp massage by Danielle S. Both were phenomenal. I like the products that were used, and Danielle was very knowledgeable about what would be best for my type of skin, and skin problems. She was very professional and had a great technique. Will definitely book with her again.
