Unfortunately, even though the massage therapist I worked with, was very good, I have to give this business a one-star rating. I wanted to give a no-star rating, but it would not allow me to post my review without at least one star. They sold me a package of massages and I just learned that since I did not use them within an arbitrary time frame, I lost the money I had paid in advance. Sounded like a good deal at the time, but it's really not. Don't intend to utilize their services in the future.

Purchase two of the Valentine’s Day combos. I was told I would be able to use both facials, so I book the appointment which I thought would have been the facial and massage but they only book the massage. I tried giving multiple opportunities to give this place a chance, I've been here about five times. Every single time they start 10 minutes late, to give you time to undress and lay down on the table. Then they end 5 minutes early every single time. Then the other half of the session is just holding pressure points and not actually massaging.
