Ash is easy to collaborate with and has a “mentor” approach when it comes to helping improve my business practices. Not only is she a business owner but she’s an instructor so she can teach massage courses to help you broaden your skills or get a refresher if are feeling kinda rusty. It’s awesome to have all of these services under one roof!
Roger was professional and did a great job releasing some of my tension. I wanted a deep tissue without feeling bruised. He released some trigger points that no one has ever done and I’ve already scheduled my next one here in Post Falls ( although he normally works in Spokane)

Ashley is my favorite part of the month. In all the years I have come to her, she has taken care of me and given me great feedback and resources when it came to aiding soreness or pain cause by exercise or injury. I could not recommend her more. She is the best!
Ashley is a great masseuse! She listens to what is needed and uses multiple treatment techniques to help the muscles. I have so much tension in my neck/ shoulders and she gets those knots out!
