Roger was professional and did a great job releasing some of my tension. I wanted a deep tissue without feeling bruised. He released some trigger points that no one has ever done and I’ve already scheduled my next one here in Post Falls ( although he normally works in Spokane)

Ashley is my favorite part of the month. In all the years I have come to her, she has taken care of me and given me great feedback and resources when it came to aiding soreness or pain cause by exercise or injury. I could not recommend her more. She is the best!
Ashley is a great masseuse! She listens to what is needed and uses multiple treatment techniques to help the muscles. I have so much tension in my neck/ shoulders and she gets those knots out!
Roger and Ashley are amazing. I have a close friend who does massage but they have the most amazing techniques that leave me feeling better longer. The reflexology was something I have never done before. And that was so good as well as the extra scrub that they include. They are my favorite. You will not be let down. Ashley is more relaxation and Roger is focused on getting the knots and tightness out.
