Stephanie is a gifted instructor for sure! First of all, I loved the intimate setting of the class. It was super comfortable from the very beginning. She makes the content very easy to understand and the techniques easy to implement. Overall a very enjoyable experience and I’m looking forward to signing up for many more!
I was having a pretty bad back pain for a week and not able to straighten my body. Stephanie took care of my full body with focusing my back. Next day, I felt my back pain was significantly reduced. I highly recommend her massage.
