We were really excited to try Massage World Spa and had high hopes going in. At first, things were great – the neck massage was excellent, but unfortunately, things took a turn after that. The rest of the massage was extremely rough, even though I repeatedly asked for a gentler touch. She did stop momentarily, but then continued the same way.
