Went in to see Stephanie for the first time this week. I have been suffering for quite a while with chronic pain and stiffness in my neck and traps. I was totally amazed at her expertise in methodically locating and dealing with root causes of my pain. After an injury, which tightened my right hip area, causing a slight recurrence of a lower back issue, Stephanie took plenty of time talking with me before and after, covering everything! Being able to quickly relate to her regarding numerous issues, she Recommended several supplements! Stephanie did an awesome job. I had a very thorough and relaxing massage. I would highly recommend her.
I went to Massage Works to try and get rid of the knots in my shoulders and alleviate my tension headaches. I really appreciate that the office is in downtown Darien, didn't have to travel far. The room is quiet and comfortable. Stephanie is very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful as a massage therapist! She really took the time to understand my needs and what my goals were to help me get better. I feel more limber and less tense than ever before, thank you!
