I had a massage with Stephanie last Saturday and by Monday was like a new person. I had scheduled an appointment with an Orthopedist later that week due to neck and shoulder pain. I thought I had a spine problem. Stephanie really listened to me and addressed the pain directly. I started to feel better almost immediately. Went in to see Stephanie for the first time this week. I have been suffering for quite a while with chronic pain and stiffness in my neck and traps. I was totally amazed at her expertise in methodically locating and dealing with root causes of my pain. So happy to say I can turn my head with a full range of motion for the first time in quite a while. I will definitely be following up with her going forward. So thankful I gave her a try. After an injury, which tightened my right hip area, causing a slight recurrence of a lower back issue, Stephanie took plenty of time talking with me before and after, covering everything! Being able to quickly relate to her regarding numerous issues, she Recommended several supplements!
