After an injury, which tightened my right hip area, causing a slight recurrence of a lower back issue, Stephanie took plenty of time talking with me before and after, covering everything! Being able to quickly relate to her regarding numerous issues, she Recommended several supplements! I went to Massage Works to try and get rid of the knots in my shoulders and alleviate my tension headaches. I really appreciate that the office is in downtown Darien, didn't have to travel far. The room is quiet and comfortable. Stephanie is very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful as a massage therapist! She really took the time to understand my needs and what my goals were to help me get better. I feel more limber and less tense than ever before, thank you!
Received massage from Stephanie yesterday, wow! I had great muscular pain from old spine injury, not only did i get releif but she spent a lot of time demostrating exercises that help and reference to dr. and supplements that might help, she went above and beyond expectations and I will return
