Wonderful massage experience with an incredibly helpful massuese who makes the entire vist both easy to understand and delightful to relax though.
Pauline is the most knowledgeable massage therapist I've been to. She really listens to find the root cause of your pain, works deeply on all the right muscles, and gives you a plan for stretching to keep improving. She has helped with sore areas that 2 months of physical therapy couldn't. Can't wait for my next session!
Best functional massage in town. Really knows her stuff and takes time to understand needs & check in throughout each session.
