I had a 90-minute myofascial release session with Molly yesterday and I seriously cannot say enough good things. Where to begin?! I have been seeing Molly for a year and a half and she has changed me body and soul. I have chronic pain in multiple areas of my body from surgeries, injuries, etc. And with those surgeries/injuries came emotional trauma that really latched onto those wounds. Molly made me feel safe. She made me feel like I could let go and trust. She educated me. She listened to me, and gave me such deep relief. I will be forever grateful for her heart and hands.
