I've gotten several massages from Michelle over the past year to relieve migraines caused by neck and shoulder tension. It's very obvious that she's paying attention as she works to identify areas that need more time or effort throughout the session. She is also able to use firm pressure in areas to work out knots/etc while somehow also minimizing discomfort. I've also gotten the sinus/migraine add-on each time and I highly recommend it if you have sinus pressure or head/neck/shoulder tension.

I had an issue with my shoulder, where it was really painful, turned out I had a frozen shoulder condition, the physician gave me the option of an injection or massage. I choose to get a massage from Michelle, after one session I felt so much better and had so much more movement. I had been so locked up and she fixed me up. It was a good thing too, as I later found out that the injection could go wrong and cause more problems. I just had a wonderful massage from Michelle. I received a gift certificate before 2020 and never got around to getting my massage and my certificate got lost. While cleaning through papers this year, I found the gift certificate. Surprise! Michelle was nice enough to honor my certificate 4 years later. Wow! Thank you for a wonderful experience. Wish I had it four years ago.
