First of all, Krystel's energy is just soooo good! I truly admire her as a person. The spinal energetics session I had with her was moving in so many ways. From very old thought patterns popping up, to my left hip completely releasing, to visual analogy of new thought patterns rewiring, and more. Lots of subtle movement and sensations. Overall, a lot happened in the online session! The cherry on top was that we were also supported by our kitties and that was just magic as well. Thanks so much Krystel.
