I injured my shoulder about a year ago and have been in constant pain since then. I tried physical therapy All that seemed to do was aggravate the injured rotator cuff. With just one half hour session I instantly had better mobility and less pain in simple everyday movement, the next day I felt much better than I have in a long time. The space is very clean and calming. She understands the body and I felt less pain, tension and inflammation afterwards. I have been to several different massage therapy places in the downriver area and she is one of the best.
must have fallen asleep on the massage table. She was very gentle in her movements, yet her pressure was strong enough to make me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely be back
Wonderful experience. I didn’t realize how much tension and pressure was in my face until it was gone. I can see a clear reduction in puffiness. I just wish I would have started going sooner.
