I've been around a few decades and never had a professional massage until now. Friends said "Try it. You'll like it" and "Don't think of it as a luxury. Think of it as help to stay healthy". Now I know they were right. Micka was great guiding this massage newbie. We had a nice talk on my aches and pains so that she could develop a plan to help me, and she did, answering my questions along the way. It was a wonderful experience and I'm signed up for next one already.

My favorite massage therapist in Michigan. Micka comes from a medical/therapeutic background. She intuitively understands each client's needs and is invested in his/her well-being. Her massage studio is spacious and peaceful. Her heated bed facilitates muscle relaxation. I can't recommend her services enough.

I injured my shoulder about a year ago and have been in constant pain since then. I tried physical therapy All that seemed to do was aggravate the injured rotator cuff. With just one half hour session I instantly had better mobility and less pain in simple everyday movement, the next day I felt much better than I have in a long time. The space is very clean and calming. She understands the body and I felt less pain, tension and inflammation afterwards. I have been to several different massage therapy places in the downriver area and she is one of the best.
