Came into the shop early this week for a chair massage. I was happy with the care, but my massage was cut short when I requested more time, because the man only worked on my shoulders and neck and my lower back was never addressed. I've been going to this place for almost 9.50 years. Always happy with the care I get, but today. Very unhappy. I always get for me and my daughter our feet done 1 hour each, and I get 20min on the chair. I request for both of us 1hour foot massage and for me both services today. Because they got busy, the manager cut my service and told me only my feet today because they got busy. The staff was great the atmosphere was nice and the massage was phenomenal I felt better walking out. I didn't know how many knots was in my back till I got the 20 minute back massage. It felt so good I almost fell asleep it felt like a hour but it felt so good. I will be coming back it was a 10/10
