I try to make appointment with Tanya every 2 weeks. She works hard to give me a good massage. My body feels better for a few days after. I always tip 50%. Even with 50% tip it is a great price. I always book a day or two in advance
I would give this place zero stars if I could. We booked a couples massage, and the massage was mediocre at best (more pinching than deep tissue). We paid $45.99 per person, which comes to $91.98 for 2 people. We tipped $20, which was met with a "that's it?" in mandarine with a scoff from the masseuse. I recommended this place to my sister, and was embarrassed to have done so. She had a very unprofessional massage, and as someone who is very busy, I felt very bad that she wasted precious time because of my recommendation. My sister was aggressively pressured to leave a 33% tip-outrageous! The manager called gave my sister a refund but she did not get the tip back. But I will not be recommending this place again.
Their treatment is not good
The massage was good but customer service is horrible. They are always rude and pressurizing for tip.
