I bought a gift card for my girlfriend at Massagetonic, expecting a nice experience for both of us. On the day of her appointment, I went with her, thinking I’d wait while she enjoyed her massage. To my surprise, they told me I had to wait outside of the store because I wasn’t the client. I’m the one who paid for the gift card, and it’s frustrating to be treated this way.
