Nice, clean, and spacious. Fifi gave an excellent massage and I left feeling fully relaxed.
I made a booking here for a friend as a birthday gift (they don't have gift vouchers), and when my friend went to the booking the store was closed with a sign saying 'closed for renovations'. I was not told at the time of booking about this, nor since. I have tried to call, text, and leave a voicemail at the contact numbers on their brochure multiple times, but no response for the past 2 weeks. No option to get a refund or rebook... really unprofessional and terrible customer service-- avoid!
