I had Paul and he was very knowledgeable and even thought me some good stretches at the end of the session. Came in walking uncomfortably and bad back and hip pain then came out like a new person. 10/10 will recommend to my other buddies here.
Currently stationed at Ft. Rucker and was recommended to this location by a friend. I have been getting massages for the past 2 decades all over the world and this place is by far is on the top of the list. The space is very calming and looks, smells, and feels clean. Valerie is very attentive and will customize the massage not only for you, but how you feel and what work needs to be done on that day. I had an amazing experience with Valerie at Massage Therapy of Ozark. ☺️ She’s only about 13 minutes from Fort Rucker, and I’m so glad I found her. The service is excellent. Great communication, easy booking, and a relaxing, welcoming space. Valerie truly listens to my pain and concerns, and not only gives an incredible massage but also takes the time to show me helpful stretches. I’m beyond happy with her care and highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her!
