This was not just a massage, every aspect was targeted to find the the pain points and correct them. Every therapist is a medical professional. I highly recommend them.
I had Paul and he was very knowledgeable and even thought me some good stretches at the end of the session. Came in walking uncomfortably and bad back and hip pain then came out like a new person. 10/10 will recommend to my other buddies here.
Currently stationed at Ft. Rucker and was recommended to this location by a friend. I have been getting massages for the past 2 decades all over the world and this place is by far is on the top of the list. The space is very calming and looks, smells, and feels clean. Valerie is very attentive and will customize the massage not only for you, but how you feel and what work needs to be done on that day.
