I initially left a scathing review. The owner reached out and called me. She was so nice and really wanted to get to the bottom of my issue. Talking it through with her, I realized I was completely wrong. I had not purchased what I thought I had. She was so gracious even though my scathing review and me being totally wrong. She went way above and beyond and I owe her, Kristy a public apology. She got customers for life. My first experience here and it was absolute bliss. I had a 30 minute massage with Jaidyn; she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I also did a 20 minute session in the infrared sauna. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you :)
