Martha is incredible! I suffer from chronic neck and back pain from multiple injuries as well as arthritis, so I am extremely cautious when it comes to letting people do manual therapy on me. Martha was very cognizant and intuitive of the amount of pressure I needed - she could tell where It was needed the most and I felt immediate long lasting relief after my session. Thank you Martha!!
I have been going to Martha for years. Recently, my back was almost going into spasms. Martha really helped the pain in my back and eased the stiffness in my shoulder.
