I’ve been dealing with a nagging shoulder issue which has caused quite a deal of pain. My doctor and physical therapist recommended adding in some deep tissue massage to help with my recovery. I found Zana online and was impressed by all of her positive reviews. Making an appointment was easy and I was able to get in fairly quick. She listed to all of my concerns before working on me. She did a wonderful job with my shoulder and I noticed relief in my pain afterwards. I will definitely continue going to her.

Just enough pressure and focus on the right areas for me. Zana is amazing!! If you’re looking for a massage experience that actually gets your knots undone, Zana is the one. I will definitely be back.

If you want a therapist that is mindful of what treatment you need and pays attention to your breathing when applying pressure, this is the one. Normally I find myself having to give more instruction to other therapists because they're not aware of my comfort or pain. Zana (pronounced Jana) is very intuitive and her experience is readily apparent.
