If you want a therapist that is mindful of what treatment you need and pays attention to your breathing when applying pressure, this is the one. Normally I find myself having to give more instruction to other therapists because they're not aware of my comfort or pain. Zana (pronounced Jana) is very intuitive and her experience is readily apparent.
Great massage today! Went to see Zana after an orthopedic surgeon recommended heavy massage for my sore shoulder. She certainly delivered and my shoulder feels much better now! Thank you Zana!

Wow is all I have to say !!! I found a Gem 💎 Zana is a remarkably amazing deep tissue massage therapist ! I don't live in the area and visit Dallas regularly and googled massage and found several and read the reviews on many but my gut told me Zana and tried her out based on her fabulous reviews ! Zana is a great massage therapist. Before she began my massage, she took the time to sit and discuss my issues with me. Which I think was very professional. During my massage, she asked me if I wanted her to do some light stretching. I told her yes, and it was very beneficial for me. She is a very thoughtful, kind and gentle therapist, with strong hands. I highly recommend her and I look forward to her being my therapist for years to come.
