Kalene is truly a professional in every way. She listened to my concerns with my neck/back issues, and worked accordingly with gentle yet consistent pressure. Massage is a great way to relax the muscles protecting back issues, and Kalene did a wonderful job working on those muscles (although the massage was truly a head-to-toe massage :-). I felt amazing at the end of that hour. Great job, Kalene! Looking forward to my next visit.
In my estimation, Kalene is an excellent and professional massage therapist. She asks questions and listens to your concerns and tailors her therapeutic massage techniques to meet those issues. I felt comfortable and sensed Kalene's enthusiasm about her work and her care of her clients.
