I went for my first visit & did feel a differance in before and after the session. I do recomend applying heat to the muscle as he directed cause it helped alot,& fluids I was so thirsty lol. But over all very pleased with my session & already made next appt.
Jeff is the best. My visits are a bright point in my week I always look forward to them and am never disappointed in them. I always leave refreshed,relaxed, energized and with a smile. The office is very nice and relaxing, They constantly are updating and adding new ways to make your visit peaceful, pleasant and relaxing from the second you walk in the door to when your booking your next appointment before you leave.
