Try to have a massage weekly. I exercise 6-7 times a week and Debi keeps me moving and healing quickly. Without her my neck and lower back prohibit me from being able to live without pain. She is the best!
I have been a client of Debi's for quite some time now. She was originally recommended to me by my chiropractor who I trust above all others. I see Debi weekly and she can determine immediately where my hot spots are every time I visit without me even having to tell her. If I'm away and see a therapist I don't know, I will judge their performance against Debi's. Believe me when I say, there aren't many therapists out there who can hold a candle to Debi.
One of the only therapists we will visit. Very talented, compassionate, intuitive & caring. Can be as strong or as gentle as you desire. Calming atmosphere. Keeps herself educated on the newest methods & trained in the newest modalities.
