I have tried to go to this establishment multiple times within their business hours to schedule an appointment and purchase a gift card. Every. Single. Time. Their doors are locked. I called and they said the receptionist is there every day from 10 to noon. I went again at 11:45 on a Tuesday and the doors are locked.... again. If your business hours are not 10 to 7, then don't post them that way. I would not recommend this establishment solely on the fact that they can't seem to get their business hours straight.
Carmen is phenomenal. Professional, thorough, explains her plan and asks for problem areas to assure she is providing the best possible therapy session for each individual client. I highly recommend asking for Carmen next time you book a session!
