I started seeing Beth in 2017 for my tight shoulders, neck, and upper back (which is where I carry my stress). I’m also very ticklish and Beth was able to work on my specific problem areas without doing other areas where I am more uncomfortable and squirmy. I now see Beth monthly and always look forward to it - she is very professional and I always leave feeling less tense. Highly recommend!
