My massage experience with Iryna was amazing! She asked me what areas I wanted her to focus on, she adjusted her level of pressure anytime I asked. She took time to explain to me areas of concern and tension and specifically worked more on those areas too. I definitely would love to come back to visit Iryna again!

Such an unfortunate and upsetting first time experience I experienced. To be clear, this is a review based on how the manager (or head director) at this establishment told the front desk how to manage the interaction. I felt completely devalued as if there was a need to nickel and dime me. It was completely misleading if not unethical.
