I had a gift card for a 90 minute massage that I received several years ago. Went in today to finally use it. The receptionist questioned its age but then said OK. After the massage she said all is good so I left. One hour after I left they charged my credit card for the full amount of the massage NOT honoring the gift card! I will NEVER support that business again. And neither should you!
If I could give this location negative stars, I would. I was a loyal customer for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Their marketing and policies feel intentionally misleading. You’re encouraged to sign up for a membership with signs prominently stating that unused massages “roll over,” creating the impression that you won’t lose what you’ve paid for. Called a bunch of times to book an appointment, when someone finally picked up they said they couldn’t help me because they turned off the computers already
Mike that used to work Mon & Tues — where are you now?!!!!! Mike was 12 stars on a 5 scale the absolute best. Hard to find someone that skilled!
