I have been getting massaged monthly for the past 4-5 years. I feel that Ryan of Massage Syndicate is one of the best experiences I have had. He was very personable and listened to my bodies history of chronic pain and guided me through the massage process he would be doing. This is DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE, don't mistake it for light touch. Ryan is the guy! Reasonably priced already and he went an extra 20 minutes on me as a bonus. Experience is enjoyable, professional, relaxing. I will be seeing Ryan more in the future.
If going in for a deep tissue massage, consider limiting the session to 40 minutes. I made the mistake of thinking I’d be all right with an hour long session the first time, then a 90 minute session 3 weeks later. That was a huge mistake on my part. The recovery time after the long sessions was… unpleasant to say the least. That was one of the best massages I have had. I definitely will be back and love how much he was able to release as I was so tight!
Ryan is amazing at the work he does. I have gone to see him in 10/10 pain. I walk out with 2/10 pain. He is able to get my toughest knots to loosen and disappear. He creates a calming environment. High recommend.
