OMG! I had no idea that I was holding so much tension. I started with a 60 min deep tissue massage. I had to add another 30 min. I can't recall when I've been this pain free. Ryan is so professional. I highly recommend.

Seriously, the best there is!! I have suffered from tension headaches and migraines for over 20 years. I have tried everything, medications, chiropractors, acupuncture, lots of massages. Therapist was amazing. My notes to him about previous massages kinda got him scrad. But he was a amazing. I have fibromyalgia and have extremly tight muscles. He worked slowly, layer by layer to get to the problem areas. I hurt a little today but expected after deep tissue work. I can still move around in my daily tasks with no issue. I will go back again.
