I had one of the best massages of my life with Lisa. I have a lot of lower back and right hip pain from years of tennis, golf, poor posture, etc. Lisa was able to work through sore muscles and joints to give immediate relief. HIGHLY recommended! 5-Stars!

I’ve been to Lisa twice during my pregnancy for a maternity massage and she is wonderful! I’ve been to several other places around Wilmington for massages over the past several years but she is the best in terms of quality and care. She truly listens to your needs and concerns. Her online booking also makes getting an appointment super easy. 10/10 would recommend!
I booked a massage at 9 months pregnant with Lisa in hopes of relaxing my body and mind to prepare for birth, and she did just that! I wasn’t sure how a massage would go while pregnant but it was better than I could have ever expected. Lisa is so kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appt and addressed all areas of concern. I went into labor naturally and gave birth two days later. I look forward to booking another visit soon. Ladies, pregnant or not, I highly recommend Lisa!
