I can’t speak on quality of massage. However, I want to express my dissatisfaction with the massage therapist prior to service telling me that a $20 tip is required. This is definitely unusual and unwelcomed. Tips are for the customer to decide based on quality of service. I am a tipper and would have given $20 or more anyway if the massage was quality, but the fact that she told me the tip amount left a bad impression, and she wasn’t very friendly either. I walked out and will never come back!
