I have been going to Om for about a year now and really love everything they offer! I started coming while I was going through a very hard mental time and I definitely credit the studio for helping me get through. The yoga classes are really great and they have a nice variety across a variety of times. But they also have such cool workshops and other offerings. I love their sound baths and women’s circles.
