Love massage rituals! Finally a place that always has specials and is not over overpriced. I was reluctant to have a male therapist, however James was amazing. He made me feel very comfortable and professional. He made sure the pressure was perfect for me and that I was comfortable at all times. I highly recommend him. I got the entire 1 hour even though I was 5 minutes late which most places usually take it away from you. I will definetly be a repeat customer!

After arriving at my scheduled 4:30appt. I still had to wait till 5:00pm to be seen. I paid for a 1 hour deep tissue massage plus an upgrade of an extra 1/2hour they started giving me a Swedish massage, she had to leave to the front office to speak to someone to let them know the change, meanwhile the clock is ticking. After 1 hour she says massage over, i said I paid for an extra 1/2hour she said she had another appt. waiting and could not give me my extra time and will not refund my money. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!! Have come here about 6 times. Each time I had a different massage therapist. All of them were good. Highly recommend. Great customer service from owner.
Unprofessional. Need real certified missus. Massage was like your mom applying lotion on your body after a shower. Walked out feeling more stressed than when I got there.
