We followed Chase when he left a massage “chain” in Sugarhouse- he’s great for a relaxing massage or super knowledgable if you have specific pain or knots (usually do!). Also, recommend the 90 minute sessions vs 60- it’s worth it!!
I’ve been dealing with severe muscular/skeletal related headaches for over 3 years straight. PT helped a little but not enough. Chase was so kind and professional and gave me a simple stretch to do once a day for my shoulders/wrists. I started doing it while I brushed my teeth, 1 minute each arm.
