I made an appointment with Tim but for some reason he did not do the treatment. He did put my feet in water to soak but it was so hot that I couldn't leave my feet in the tub. It would be good if asked about the temperature of the water. I'm really not sure how I feel about the treatment. Kind of feel disappointed
I’ve been visiting this location for over 13 years! TIM and his staff are amazing! Great service, and definitely worth the price! Their technique is always what i need for when i’m tight, feeling stressed, sore, etc! He’s even helped me when i had an injury years ago! We always do the 1hr reflexology.
Rudest customer service experience ever. The owner verbally attacked me while I was attempting to figure out the tip situation. I only had a large bill on me and was attempting how to make change, meanwhile the owner went around and asked if I had tipped. The whole situation was completely unprofessional and I will warn everyone I know to never come back.
What a refreshing treat it was to find this gem of a place. I experienced a friendly greeting at the door and was whisked into serene care quickly. Clean, tidy and professional—all things that matter to me exist. I had the 45 minute reflexology and it was fabulous. My only regret is that I hadn’t known about this place earlier. I am planning returns for myself, and for friends who come and visit me in Tucson. Great service and competitive prices. Total wow!
