I was so disappointed. At first I couldn’t find the place and called and texted several times and no one answered or responded. There was also no parking. The therapist didn’t speak English and it was difficult to communicate with her. The place was freezing and they had no table warmer or heat at all. Compré un paquete de limpieza de colon, al momento de comprarlo me dijeron que para que el tratamiento sea efectivo debía hacerse seguidas las sesiones, lamentablemente no pude continuar con estas, porque para agendar con el lugar es casi imposible, no contestan los teléfonos, siempre que uno llama hay una grabación y al dejar el mensaje, nunca devuelven la llamada, ni tratamiento me tocó suspenderlo hasta que por fin pude comunicarme con ellos, sin embargo, me dijeron que no podían devolver el dinero, a pesar de que solo ti... read more

I made and confirmed my appointment for 10/11/25 at 11am. When I got here (drove from NJ), I was shocked to see the office closed and access to the building blocked. No notification or explanation was given. I called and text about 6 times. Extremely disappointed with this establishment as I read good reviews. I need my tolls and parking as well as my voucher reimbursed. This is extremely poor customer service. I will never come here again.
