Amber, the front desk greeter, gave me a very hard time because I was 3 minutes late. Three minutes! Looking at other Google reviews, Amber has a history of hostility. I was honestly shocked by how she handled the situation. She came across with a lot of attitude, was disrespectful, and instead of de-escalating things, she doubled down. I booked an appointment and received a call back stating the therapist has added a 30.00 fee for the massage. I booked a 60 min. 2nd time at this establishment. I was told the 90 min massage I previously had he wanted a 50.00 tip but I had given him a 30.00 tip. I honestly had not thought about it I was so tired and my knee was kicking my butt. I paid $68 for a massage. At checkout, I was asked about a tip. When I said yes and asked how much, the staff member changed her facial expression and attitude and repeated twice that the minimum tip was “at least $30.” That’s nearly 50% of the service price. A tip should be optional and based on service — not pressured or demanded. This behavior was rude and uncomfortable and completely ruined the experience. No goodbye, no courtesy — just pressure. I won’t be coming back!

I've seen many reviews mentioning bad experiences with Amber, and unfortunately mine wasn't any different. My phone call with her was extremely unpleasant, she came across as very rude, even raising her voice and saying I was being rude. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said she was the manager. Based on this experience, I won't be returning.
