Normally I let bad massage experiences go, but this one bothered me. They started 25 minutes late, the “therapist” used what felt like a gallon of oil so there was no friction, and the had the audacity to order me to tip a certain amount, to which I said, the client decides how much to tip based on experience, and this was not a good one. Will not be returning.

Don’t buy Groupon for this business. I attached screenshot on policy and it clearly states merchant is solely responsible for full amounts paid even if expired. I called merchant to see if I could use what I paid and pay the difference and merchant declined, stating that the funds were paid to Groupon and not them. All I know is I’m not ever using either businesses again.

This business is disappointing when it comes to the quality of service for the massage and professional or the workers. Additional if you go to get a service done you MUST tip at the end or they will be very rude to you. In my case the lady demanded a tip after doing very poorly and when I said no she said don’t ever come back.

I got the 75 min full body massage and it was amazing. They even cracked my back too. The ladies massaging were wonderful, I didn't get the name of the lady that did my service. They also offer free refreshments for after the massage. Going back again!!
