I saw Helen at Message One Therapy a few times across both of my pregnancies, and she was absolutely wonderful. Her pregnancy massages were so helpful for easing aches, tension, and general discomfort. She is calm, caring, and very professional, and always made sure I was comfortable throughout each session. Helen's expertise in Remedial Massage has really helped my sports injury and the clinics infra-red sauna was a perfect way to finish off my session! A very healing and relaxing experience.
