Noisy, could hear people in other rooms and music playing loudly, not exactly a relaxing environment, and on top of that the therapist insisted that my tip of 15% was not good enough and that I needed to tip 30%…the nerve! Will not be back. I recommend Body Mend in Dunkirk for a much better overall experience.

I liked the massage overall, got most of the muscle groups. Missed a lot of anterior muscles. It was a bit unprofessional. Her phone went off three times, until I asked her to put it on silent, and then it buzzed the entire time in the dresser. Needs improvement.
