Hot stones were nice and I appreciate that they got me in quickly but overall very odd. I doubt the massage therapist I had has gone thru formal massage school. She seemed to keep coming up with ideas to fill the time, with no real process. She also repetitively sat there rolling over muscles rather than along them, didn't seem to hit any of the common points or aim for muscle insertions and over all missed areas like the feet. They can fix whatever ails you. Great physical therapy a great massage facilities.
Noisy, could hear people in other rooms and music playing loudly, not exactly a relaxing environment, and on top of that the therapist insisted that my tip of 15% was not good enough and that I needed to tip 30%…the nerve! Will not be back. I recommend Body Mend in Dunkirk for a much better overall experience.
