I have always had a great experience. Tonight my massage was cut short by 11minutes had to say something and then go back in to get the remaining time. There has also been a price increase of $10 since I last came in the last 3wks. No mention of it until I went to pay. Really disappointing because I really enjoyed going there and the massage has always been great! Not sure if I will be returning now.
Was the awful experience with the person who didn't know how to massage at all. Very disappointed and just wasted my time and money. Experiences, communication and board certification are the three mandatory requirements anyone should have if you work at this type of business, unfortunately this store has none ,couldn't even answer questions clearly.
I have been coming here regularly for awhile but have not written a review until now. I usually come a couple of times a month as I get a lot of tightness around my upper back, shoulders, and neck. I have never had a bad massage here and each of the masseuses have all been professional and friendly. I’ve tried different ones and can’t say that any of them have given a bad massage.
