Hot stones were nice and I appreciate that they got me in quickly but overall very odd. I doubt the massage therapist I had has gone thru formal massage school. She seemed to keep coming up with ideas to fill the time, with no real process. She also repetitively sat there rolling over muscles rather than along them, didn't seem to hit any of the common points or aim for muscle insertions and over all missed areas like the feet.
