Massage on the Square was able to kindly accommodate a very last minute request for a day-of appointment. Sarah was very kind to listen to the details about my headaches, and after the massage (which was amazing!) she recommended certain stretches to help prevent those headaches. I haven't had a headache since then, and I'm so excited to go back for another massage soon!
I’ve been twice now and had two therapists - both were equally amazing! The environment is calming and relaxing. I got a prenatal to help with lower back and hip pain and Addison gave instant relief. I also added on the cold stone facial and it was so refreshing! Addison was precise, welcoming, and clearly very good at what she does! I can’t wait to book my next appointment with her.
I love the location and the environment was so relaxing. Easy to find and the room was very comfortable. It was zen! Sarah worked on my shoulder and it feels so much better. She is amazing!

Addison is truly a godsend. I’ve been dealing with lupus for a long time, and she has helped me more than I can put into words — both physically and emotionally. On the days I don’t feel my best, she somehow knows exactly what I need to feel like myself again. She’s not only incredibly skilled in her craft — a true expert — but also deeply compassionate and thoughtful in her approach. Every session feels personalized, restorative, and filled with genuine care. I can’t recommend her enough. Addison is simply the best.
