First the good news : it was easy to get a same day appointment Unfortunately that was the only positive . First they didn't have me fill out form about what I wanted as most places do , nor did the therapist ask what areas to concentrate on or what pressure to use . I tried to tell the therapist halfway through that I needed my neck and shoulders mostly since she wasn't doing that . I was gifted a massage from my husband. Lilly was great, however I did not get what he paid for. My appointment was for 90 minute massage plus 20 minute cupping. My appointment finished 20 minutes early. When my husband reached out they told him that it was the way it was ordered and there was not anything they were willing to do. I have emailed them with the opportunity to do the right thing. If they choose good customer service I'll change the rating.
