I had my first massage (and educational session) a week ago. I was skeptical but the reviews were good so i thought id give it a try. The following morning after my appointment I got out of bed with no aches and pains feelng loose and flexible. Here i am 5 days later feeling the same. I'm looking forward to my next session.
