The best massage I have ever had !
Every time I have a migraine, Kelly takes care of it! I’ve been seeing Kelly for years and always refer my friends and clients to her ❤️ Strong hands, or gentle, super experienced, and always happy to squeeze me in!
I called and booked appointment. The day of the appointment she called to say she was running late. I showed up at the new time and waited 25 minutes, but she never showed. I called twice and someone else answered and kept saying she would show up soon. I was so disappointed. I waited for a phone call or text of an apology but never received one.
Kelly is easy to schedule with, keeps appointments on time, has a comfortable environment, and does a great job!
I purchased a Groupon for my girlfriend for a 60 minute massage with Kelly. She texted Kelly about a week prior to setup the appointment and we thought everything was good. When she showed up for the appointment, Kelly was a no show. My girlfriend tried to contact her but it went straight to voicemail and no response to texts. It’s been almost a week and we never heard anything from Kelly or the business owner. Not a good way to treat a new client.
