I booked a massage on the Nantucket Massage website as a Mother Day’s gift. Amy contacted me a week later to say she wouldn’t be available for the time I booked. I asked for her availability or a refund if there was nothing timely, since it was a gift. She did not respond, even after attempting to contact her by phone and email numerous times. 6 weeks later I had to file a case with my credit card company to get a refund. Super inconsiderate and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Best massage I ever had. Amy is very professional and takes the time to know her clients and their expectations. The deep knots in my neck and shoulders were gone. Amy takes every precaution to thoroughly sanitize her equipment before and after each client to keep everyone safe during these uncertain times. Highly recommend.
