Kevin is a great asset to have at Perfect Fit! You work hard and need someone to take care of those trouble spots. I was apprehensive about cupping and scraping but the relief I got was amazing! He is awesome and will make your feel 100% better.
I liked the mix of massage and stretching. It was my first experience with cupping also. Regular massage and stretching is a great way to increase overall health.
