I've had many massages with many people over the years and Shelley is the best, and has been my go-to for several years. She gives a mean, strong massage, targeting the worst areas in the given time and with the added bonus of optional needling, relieves a lot of my chronic shoulder/neck pain. No-one else has compared!

Really wonderful nurturing massage from Shelly! I'm booked monthly now. Was easy to get to, she has the best wide comfy warm table, and so close to get cafes a grab some Thai food after for my self care evening once a month! Shes now operating out of Balance Massage 2 Sheehan St, Ponsonby!

Shelley is so good. She will find the knots you didn't know you had and leave you feeling great. Highly recommend.
