I was gonna give this business a try, especially with it being my birthday weekend. But rather than being helpful and professional, Laura decided that responding with attitude and condescension was appropriate after I reached out for assistance. Legitimately the best swedish massage I've ever received! I have a connective tissue disorder so it's always tough to get my muscles and such worked on without it being too much or too little pressure but Laura was super intuitive!! Plus, she creates an extremely welcoming and cozy atmosphere.
Made an appointment, never received a confirmation or email until an hour before. Negligence. Then after responding about the miscommunication, I'm met with disrespect. Learn some professionalism and how to communicate. Don't bother responding nasty like how you did via email Ms. Moore. Find some happiness there's no reason to be so nasty.
